Signal Armory operates in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories.
The restrictions implemented by Signal Armory are not intended to be legal advice, and Signal Armory makes no representations regarding the legality of any item in any specific jurisdiction. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Customer Acknowledgment and Certification
By purchasing any item from Signal Armory, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Signal Armory complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.
- The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.
- The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Signal Armory and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Signal Armory.
Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.

Any purchases made with shipping selected to the previous locations are subject to cancelation at Signal Armory's discretion. If an order is canceled, processing fees will be deducted and a partial refund will be given as store credits.
