Preorders

Preordered items and orders containing preordered items are subject to extended processing times. Estimated or expected shipping dates on preordered items will be displayed in the preordered item's description. Preorders will be processed in the order which they are received. Once Signal Armory receives preorder shipments, normal processing times will resume.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed, packaged, and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that this processing time may be extended for pre-orders or items that are out of stock. Customers will be notified of any such delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We utilize standard shipping services for all orders. Once shipped, delivery times generally range between 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or inclement weather, may affect delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

Signal Armory strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories. As such, we have implemented the following shipping restrictions:

  • No Sales of Any Merchandise to:

    • Chicago, Illinois

    • Massachusetts

    • Washington D.C.

    • Puerto Rico

  • No Sales of Binary or Forced Reset Trigger (FRT) Components to:

    • California

    • Connecticut

    • Delaware

    • Florida

    • Hawaii

    • Illinois

    • Iowa*

    • Maryland

    • New Jersey

    • New York

    • Rhode Island

    • Washington State

*Note: In Iowa, according to Iowa Code 724.29, selling or offering for sale a manual or power-driven trigger activating device that increases a firearm's rate of fire is considered an aggravated misdemeanor. While FRT components do not activate a trigger but reset it, orders to Iowa are legal by letter of the law. However, FRT components shipped to Iowa are not intended for resale.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item from Signal Armory comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By placing an order, customers certify that they have independently verified the legality of their purchase in their jurisdiction and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Signal Armory and its affiliates from any liability arising from their purchase or use of any item.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

If an order is placed with a shipping address in a restricted area, Signal Armory reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, processing fees will be deducted, and a partial refund will be issued as store credit. Customers who have made a purchase in error and wish to arrange a change of address or local pickup should contact us at SignalArmory@gmail.com.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes; a valid street address is required for delivery.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

  • Signal Armory is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
