Return and Refund Policy

At Signal Armory, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Perishable goods

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software or digital products

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the returned item and restocking inventory.

Refund Process

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Store credit may be requested instead if desired.

  • Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Deductions:

    • The 20% restocking fee

    • Credit card processing fees incurred during the initial transaction

    • Any shipping charges from the original order

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at SignalArmory@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at SignalArmory@gmail.com.
