About Carbon Fiber Nylon: Considered the gold standard in squirted 2A application, CF-Nylon fuses the insane toughness of Nylon with the superior rigidity of carbon fiber to create a composite material that scratches of most of the boxes. It's durable, can handle heat, is relatively stiff, and has superior chemical resistance. The downside? It's expensive, hard to print, and can creep under constant loads. Typically what manufacturers use to make injection molded frames.
